Just received a PCGS 65 graded quarter, UGH....

Well I have just experienced the saying live by the picture, die by the picture.
The coin I recived matched the number in photos, but sure did not show the UGLY scratch like
mark on the obverse. PCGS graded it a 65? For sure a gift to them, but to me....ugho.
Kudos to the photograher for getting it to not show!
So any one else have a similar story?

Not an expensive coin, but just had to smile when I saw it in hand and rechecked the
pictures... scratch (blem) nowhere to be seen. I also just got a 66 by NGC, another Washington and it had small dot impressions
on the front. Maybe I am not in tune with how they are grading now, just seems loose and overgraded a bit.
I have read many other stories on the boards about how tight some grades are so I thought I'd share a story about one that wasn't.
